Local MR Driver

Local MR Driver - (DRI00002310) Description We are seeking a genuine and diligent Local MR Driver who takes pride in working accurately and with attention to detail. You will be responsible for safely picking-up and delivering a variety of freight, including manual handling of parcel freight, while ensuring every step follows established rules and regulations. In this role, your commitment to understanding the specifics of the job and avoiding risk of error will be highly valued. What you will be doing?

• Monday – Friday | 6:00am starts
• Permanent Full-time role with immediate starts.
• Transporting general freight to support the Newcastle community with excellent customer service
• Ability to work within a faced paced environment to ensure deliveries and made safely, on time and in full.

QualificationsWhat you need?

• Current forklift licence.
• Previous experience in a similar role and a fast paced environment.
• MR Licence: Current Medium Rigid licence is essential.
• Forklift Licence: An advantage, but not mandatory.
• Professional Mindset: Bring accountability and a desire to meet goals with thorough, dependable work that leaves nothing to chance.
• Pre-Employment Checks: Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen, and a criminal history check if required.
