Gracious Dube

I am a sociology professional with experience working as a Youth Programs Officer, supporting the planning and implementation of youth development programs focused on empowerment, skills development, and social support. I have worked closely with communities and young people facing social and economic challenges, conducting needs assessments and coordinating programs to improve access to opportunities. I have strong skills in communication, program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and problem solving. I am passionate about youth development, social justice, and supporting individuals to improve their quality of life. I am empathetic, adaptable, and able to build strong working relationships. In my next role, I am looking for an opportunity to support young people or vulnerable communities while applying my sociology knowledge to create meaningful and lasting social impact.
