About The Role
The Social Media Content Creator supports the development and delivery of engaging content across 3Bridges’ digital and social media channels. This role helps to tell the impact and stories of 3Bridges programs, people, and community through visuals, graphics, and written content. Working closely with the Brand Relations Team, the role focuses on supporting social media activity, designing basic promotional materials, and assisting with content collection and scheduling.
- Assist with planning and scheduling content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create simple, engaging content (graphics, posts, captions, short videos) that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign messaging.
- Help monitor comments, messages and interactions across social platforms, escalating where needed.
- Support social media advertising campaigns under guidance from Brand Relations team members.
- Design basic marketing materials such as flyers, posters, social media tiles, and event graphics using Canva (or similar tools).
- Capture and edit photos or short video clips at events and programs when required.
- Support the implementation of content plans and social media calendars.
- Contribute creative ideas for upcoming campaigns, stories, and promotions.
- Support the setup, logistics and on-the-ground presence for engagement activities.
- Contribute to the creation of promotional materials tailored for community and client audiences.
About You
- Prior experience creating social media content (can include personal, study, volunteer, or internship work).
- Completed or working towards completing a Certificate or Diploma in Marketing/Media/Advertising or in a related discipline
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools
- Good written communication and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work as part of a team.
- Process driven and solution orientated.
