Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Agent role based in North Parramatta, NSW. The Sales Agent will manage a portfolio of properties, conduct property appraisals, and support clients throughout the buying and selling process. Daily tasks include prospecting for new listings, conducting property inspections, hosting open homes, and following up with potential buyers. The role includes preparing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating offers, and coordinating documentation with solicitors, conveyancers, and other stakeholders. The Sales Agent will also maintain accurate records in the CRM system and collaborate with the broader team on marketing campaigns, local networking, and ongoing client relationship management.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse client base.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional phone manner.
  • Solid organizational and time management abilities, including managing multiple listings, meeting deadlines, and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competence with basic digital tools and CRM systems; familiarity with real estate listing platforms and online marketing is an advantage.
  • Current real estate registration or license (or eligibility to obtain one) in NSW, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
  • Previous experience in real estate sales, property management, or a similar customer-facing sales role is highly regarded.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to providing inclusive, non-discriminatory service to all clients.
