Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Grader Operator located in the Greater Darwin Area. The Grader Operator will be responsible for operating the grader to perform tasks such as shoulder rehabilitation and resheeting works. Daily tasks include following project specifications, ensuring accurate grading, working efficiently to meet deadlines, and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a grader and knowledge of heavy machinery
• Understanding of civil construction processes
• Ability to read and interpret project specifications and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and precision in grading tasks
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
• Relevant certifications or licenses for operating heavy machinery are a plus
