Job Description

• Provide chairside clinical assistance during orthodontic procedures.
• Sterilise, organise, and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
• Ensure the clinical environment is clean, hygienic, and well-prepared for each patient.
• Assist the orthodontist with patient care and treatment preparation.
• Clearly explain treatment plans, financial options, and procedures to patients.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with orthodontists and team members.
• Actively listen and respond to patient concerns and questions with empathy.
• Capture and manage digital records and imaging as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
