Job Description We are currently looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist to step into a multi-disciplinary Team Leader position. You'll have the opportunity to share your expertise, mentor emerging professionals and contribute to meaningful outcomes in your local community + clinic. In turn, we will develop your career by providing access to many inhouse pathways such as our Leadership Excellence program! On a Daily Basis You Will

  • Provide operational support for each discipline
  • Provide mentorship, training and formal 1:1 supervision to clinicians
  • Run monthly peer group supervision sessions
  • Independently assess complex participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function for caseload allocation
  • Use clinical observations and standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.
  • Mentor graduates and early career clinicians
  • Deliver much needed therapy services to participants within schools, clinic, homes and community
  • Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance
