About The Role We are seeking Consultants, Associate Managers and Managers with a background in consulting to support the delivery of transformation initiatives across diverse client environments. You will work on programs spanning organisational change, workforce transformation, operating model design, and technology-enabled transformation, with opportunities to contribute across Defence, Government, and broader industry sectors. Key Responsibilities* Deliver and support end-to-end change and transformation initiatives across multiple industries

• Develop and execute change management strategies (stakeholder engagement, communications, training)
• Support operating model and organisational design activities
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Prepare client-ready deliverables and presentations
• Contribute to project planning, reporting, and governance
• Support or contribute to business development activities (Manager level)
• Coach and support junior team members (Manager level) About You* Experience within a consulting firm
• Exposure to Defence, Public Sector, or other complex transformation environments highly regarded
• Experience in change management, HR transformation, or organisational design
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, structured, and ambiguous environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capability
• Strong delivery capability with growing ownership of workstreams
• Confident in client engagement and delivery
• Proven experience leading workstreams and teams
• Exposure to client relationship management and/or business development Eligibility Requirements* Australian Citizenship (mandatory)
