• Kitchen & cleaning duties: Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, preparation, and storage areas; operate dishwashing machines; follow deep-cleaning schedules and proper waste disposal procedures.
• Stock & equipment handling: Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing stock; ensure equipment is clean, sanitized, and properly maintained; report maintenance needs.
• Food prep support: Help prepare ingredients and staff meals as directed; support chefs during service; follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a hotel or restaurant environment at a managerial level
• Relevant food preparation and service knowledge

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role requiring energy, and resilience. Candidates must be comfortable with standing for long periods, lifting equipment, and working in a fast-paced environment.
