Property Manager

Hike to hidden waterfalls, saviour culinary experiences at restaurants and rooftop bars or engage your senses in captivating art exhibitions and live theatre performances. Purpose As Property Manager, you will be an integral part of our Residential Property Portfolio team. You'll be at the forefront of our operations, expertly coordinating communications with property owners, tenants, and contractors with a friendly and efficient approach. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks in compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act. Primary Responsibilities

• Issue entry notices as required
• Efficient scheduling and conducting of routine inspections
• Coordinate quotes for necessary maintenance with property owners
• Preparation and issuance of tenancy agreements as required, with a focus on lease renewal negotiations
• Act as the liaison between property owners and contractors to facilitate required maintenance

Skills And Experience

• Current Real Estate Certificate relevant to the specific Country/ State/ Territory
• Experience using Console Cloud or other Property Management Software is beneficial
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Possession of a valid driver's license specific to the Country/State/Territory
