Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fire Technician located in the Greater Darwin Area. The Fire Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fire suppression systems, fire extinguishers, and other life safety equipment. The daily tasks will include troubleshooting system issues, performing safety inspections, conducting tests, and ensuring compliance with fire safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Skills in maintaining and repairing Fire Extinguishers and Life Safety equipment
• Experience with Fire Suppression Systems and Fire Safety procedures
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Relevant certification or training in fire safety and suppression systems is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
