A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

A Vice President of Operations, is a strategic, results driven and hands-on role to manage all operations within the Philippines delivery centres for our Australian clients in terms of operational and service delivery and financial performance. This involves taking responsibility for employee engagement, client satisfaction, profit, revenue, and quality targets.

In your role, you set forth as a model example ensuring Acquire Intelligence’s values based culture is consistent throughout the organisation and is measured through performance management.

Responsibilities (not limited to)

• Quality, service delivery, retention and growth of our Australian clients
• Define and implement annual budget and business operational plans
• Produce business performance reports and provide regular reports to the COO, Global operations and Executive committee as required
• Work in partnership with sales and commercial teams on strategy and business development for the Australian clients’ delivery centres
• Coordinate and develop all departments within the Australian clients’ delivery centers and ensures operational and strategic goals are achieved
• Manage staff, including performance monitoring, mentoring and training.
• Promote and demonstrate Acquire Intelligence’s values internally and externally.
• Ensures Acquire Intelligence’s values are lived throughout our organization.
• Drive a highly compliant operating model in line with all Information Security and Compliance Policies

A BIT ABOUT YOU

• Based in PH or willing to relocate
• Quarterly trips to AU (more if required)
• 5+ years direct BPO/ call centre industry senior leadership experience, preferably comprised of 5+ years operational and delivery experience
• A motivated self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision and possess the ability to assemble and manage teams
• Strong mentorship to coach and develop operations leaders
• Results oriented and a can-do attitude with ability to manage change and multi-task while creating a positive environment
• Experience in budgeting and financial planning
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deliver the highest standards of customer service
