Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical delivery assurance for remote server and mobile device integration and system design.
- Manage technical relationships with SAP Australia and system integration partners to ensure delivery aligns with agreed scope and specifications.
- Lead integration across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with technical and operational requirements.
- Resolve data synchronisation, data integrity and system availability challenges in offline and low-connectivity environments.
- Support system implementation, transition, maintenance and ongoing operational support.
- Ensure governance, risk management and cyber security requirements are incorporated across all delivery activities.
Desirable Skills
1. Strong technical delivery and systems integration leadership, particularly across SI/vendor ecosystems
2. Proven capability in commercial and vendor management, including performance, risk, and contractual delivery
3. Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and integration patterns in complex enterprise environments
4. Experience delivering within maritime or deployed ICT environments, including platform constraints
5. Advanced ability to manage DDIL data synchronisation, availability, and resilience challenges
6. Strong cyber security and assurance mindset, embedded into design and delivery practices
7. Ability to produce technical assurance artefacts, design reviews, and delivery validation evidence
