The Role We’re looking for experienced HC or MC Drivers to operate tipper trucks and truck & dog combinations, delivering raw materials across our Melbourne metro network. While this position is employed through our Hallam operation, the successful driver will primarily service a dedicated quarry run from Nyora, providing consistency in both route and work location. Your day will involve multiple loads, working to delivery schedules while maintaining high safety and presentation standards. Based out of Hallam, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of quarry materials between sites including:
- Operating tipper trucks and truck & dog combinations (5–6 axle)
- Hauling raw materials including sand, aggregates and quarry products
- Completing multiple daily deliveries across metro Melbourne
- Working to scheduled runs while maintaining safety and compliance standards
- Managing basic paperwork and maintaining vehicle presentation
- Supporting general yard and site duties when required

- HC licence (minimum) – MC highly regarded
- Proven experience operating truck & dog combinations and comfortable handling larger vehicle combinations (5–6 axle)
- Strong safety mindset and understanding of CoR & fatigue management
- Reliable, team-focused and professional approach
- Experience in quarry, concrete or construction materials (desirable)
- Tipper, tanker or similar bulk haulage experience
