Aditum Lawyers is a boutique commercial law firm acting for sophisticated businesses across Australia. We are growing steadily and intentionally, with a strong focus on quality work, commercial outcomes, and building a team that actually enjoys working together.

We are seeking Associate to Senior Associate level lawyers with solid commercial law experience to join our team.

This role will suit someone who wants meaningful responsibility, high-quality matters, and a workplace where standards are high but support is genuine.

The Role

Depending on your level, you will be responsible for:

Associate

• Managing a caseload independently with minimal supervision
• Running matters commercially from start to finish
• Advising clients clearly, practically, and with commercial awareness
• Meeting agreed targets while maintaining quality and professionalism

Senior Associate

• All of the above, plus:
• Coordinating matters across solicitors where required
• Providing guidance and informal mentoring to junior lawyers
• Overseeing work quality and contributing to team capability
• Acting as a trusted senior point of contact for clients

Areas of Practice

Experience in one or more of the following will be highly regarded:

• Commercial litigation
• Construction law
• Insolvency and restructuring
• Corporate and transactional work
• General commercial advisory

We value strong commercial judgment just as much as technical legal skill.

• Have strong experience in commercial law (Minimum 3+ years PAE)
• Can work unsupervised and take ownership of matters
