- $80,000 base + super + commission
- Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 from home

About the Role
You’ll be joining a high-performing, collaborative sales team, driving new business across the legal and property sectors. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Identifying and securing new clients through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and growth objectives
- Developing tailored solutions that deliver measurable client outcomes
- Providing post-sale support and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction
This is a hunter-style role — ideal for someone who’s passionate about generating new opportunities, confident in cold calling, and skilled at turning conversations into partnerships.
What We’re Looking For
- ~3+ years’ experience in sales or business development (ideally within SaaS, tech, or professional services)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A client-first mindset and ability to build trust quickly
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable liaising with diverse professional services clients in complex sectors to drive results
- Current driver’s licence
