The Opportunity

As the business continues to expand, an opportunity now exists for an experienced HR Advisor to join the Brisbane-based team and support the delivery of high-quality people and culture outcomes across the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional looking to step into a broad advisory role with genuine exposure across the full employee lifecycle, partnering closely with leaders and stakeholders in a dynamic project-driven environment.

The Role

Working as part of a collaborative HR team, you will provide proactive HR advice and operational support across a broad range of people matters.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing day-to-day HR advisory support to managers and employees
• Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance, development and offboarding
• Advising on policies, procedures and employment legislation
• Assisting with employee relations matters including investigations, performance and conduct issues
• Supporting organisational change and workforce planning initiatives
• Partnering with leaders to improve people processes and HR outcomes
• Assisting with HR reporting, systems and process improvement initiatives
• Supporting recruitment activities where required

About You

You are a confident and commercially minded HR professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and providing practical people advice in a fast-paced environment.

You will bring:

• 4+ years’ experience in HR Advisory / HR Generalist roles
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
• Experience managing employee relations and performance matters
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused and hands-on approach
