About the Role:

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with our senior lawyers to advise clients on divorce & separation, property settlements, child support, relocations, and matters concerning de-facto and same-sex couples.
• Engaging empathetically with clients, focusing on service and outcomes.
• Fostering and maintaining robust client relationships.
• Driving business development and establishing solid referral networks.
• Managing files effectively.
• Working with a national team of expert family lawyers on various day-to-day matters, including professional practice.

About You:

You are an experienced lawyer with at least 2+ years post-admission experience in Family Law, currently based in Darwin or willing to relocate. You are driven, eager to contribute to our continued success, adept at building strong networks and rapport in your region and committed to securing outstanding results for your clients and AFL.

With keen business insight, you appreciate the significance of time management, achieving commercial results, and maintaining discipline in debtor and time management.
