Location: Geelong Type: 30 hours per week | Entry-Level | Career Launchpad Working Days/Hours:Thursday to Monday, 11 am to 5 pmPlease note: this role involves working every weekend and most public holidays, as this is when our clients are most actively looking to buy their dream home. What you’ll be doing:

• Partnering with a high-performing New Home Sales Consultant in a busy display home environment
• Engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and qualifying opportunities
• Coordinating appointments, managing leads, and maintaining CRM records
• Collaborating with internal teams including drafting, estimating, and construction
• Assisting with marketing initiatives and promotional events
• Building your product and industry knowledge while learning the complete sales process

• Strong people skills with the ability to build trust quickly
• A results-driven mindset and willingness to learn a new industry
• Sales or customer service background (any industry)
• Tech-savvy with an eye for detail
• Weekend availability (when most client activity happens)
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
