Project Engineer

The Company Our client is a respectable construction company who has an excellent reputation within the industry in Queensland. They have a solid pipeline of projects heading into 2025 and a stable high performing team on the Gold Coast. They are well known for the high quality of work they deliver as well as staff retention, job security and work-life balance. They focus on projects within the $10 - $20m. Location- Gold Coast, QLD Duration- Permanent, Full-time Salary- $170,000 total package The Role Due to ongoing and recent project wins they are currently seeking a Project Engineer to join their team. You’ll play a crucial role in the preparation of tenders and project costings for a range of major construction projects. The Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Provide engineering expertise and solutions throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and client specifications.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities to maintain strong relationships and achieve project objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years in commercial construction, preferably in infrastructure or large-scale projects.
• 3+ years’ experience in a Project Engineer position within the construction industry
