The Company
Our client is a large Federal Government organisation committed to driving innovation through technology and digital transformation. They are seeking experienced CRM Developers with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform expertise to support the development and enhancement of enterprise CRM capabilities.
The Role
We are seeking experienced CRM Developers to join a high-performing Agile delivery team responsible for building, enhancing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
You will work across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure services, and enterprise integrations to deliver scalable, secure, and user-focused business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and extend Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse solutions including tables, relationships, forms, views, model-driven applications and business rules
- Develop business logic using plugins, workflows, Power Automate and Dynamics 365 processes
- Design and configure CRM modules, dashboards, charts and reporting capabilities
- Implement and maintain Dynamics 365 security models, security roles and access controls
- Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure SQL, finance systems, Power Pages and other enterprise platforms
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and release management using Azure DevOps
- Support Power Platform governance, monitoring and troubleshooting activities
- Apply secure-by-design and DevSecOps principles across development and deployment activities
- Produce and maintain technical documentation and contribute to BAU handover activities
- Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary Agile teams and stakeholders
What We Need from You
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse
- Experience building model-driven apps, business rules, forms, views and dashboards
- Experience developing plugins, workflows and Power Automate solutions
- Knowledge of CRM security models, auditing and access management
- Experience performing data migration, data mapping and data quality activities
- Experience with Power Platform ALM, solution management and environment strategies
- Strong Azure DevOps CI/CD experience supporting Dynamics 365 and Power Platform deployments
- Experience integrating enterprise applications using Dataverse Web API, REST services, Azure Service Bus and Azure SQL
- Development experience using C# and .NET
- Knowledge of Power Platform governance, DLP policies and operational support
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced Agile environments and manage competing priorities
Security Clearance
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance
Working Arrangements
- Location: Canberra, ACT
- Hybrid working model
- Interstate and remote arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Preferred location is Canberra
- Up to 40 hours per week
