We're looking for experienced Hospital Health Data Governance Leads to bring their real-world knowledge to cutting-edge AI training projects. You'll work with Alignerr — a team that partners with the world's leading AI research labs — to help ensure AI models correctly understand the standards, frameworks, and complexities that govern health data in real hospital environments. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated content related to hospital data governance for accuracy, completeness, and real-world applicability
- Apply your knowledge of healthcare data standards, privacy regulations, and compliance frameworks to assess and improve AI outputs
- Review and annotate scenarios involving clinical data workflows, data quality controls, and cross-functional governance processes
- Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or oversimplifications in AI-generated healthcare data governance content
- Provide structured, detailed feedback that helps AI systems better understand the nuances of hospital data environments
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in healthcare data governance, clinical data management, or health information operations
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare privacy and compliance frameworks — including HIPAA and related regulations
- Familiar with the cross-functional realities of working across clinical, IT, compliance, and operational teams in a hospital setting
- Naturally detail-oriented with a methodical approach to evaluating complex information
- Able to clearly articulate why something is right, wrong, or incomplete in writing
- No prior AI or tech experience required — your healthcare expertise is what matters
Nice to Have
- Experience with data quality programs, data annotation, or clinical data evaluation systems
- Background in health informatics, clinical documentation, or regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with EHR systems, data governance tools, or health data standards such as HL7 or FHIR
- Prior work in hospital administration, health IT, or clinical operations
