This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated content related to hospital data governance for accuracy, completeness, and real-world applicability
• Apply your knowledge of healthcare data standards, privacy regulations, and compliance frameworks to assess and improve AI outputs
• Review and annotate scenarios involving clinical data workflows, data quality controls, and cross-functional governance processes
• Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or oversimplifications in AI-generated healthcare data governance content
• Provide structured, detailed feedback that helps AI systems better understand the nuances of hospital data environments
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced in healthcare data governance, clinical data management, or health information operations
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare privacy and compliance frameworks — including HIPAA and related regulations
• Familiar with the cross-functional realities of working across clinical, IT, compliance, and operational teams in a hospital setting
• Naturally detail-oriented with a methodical approach to evaluating complex information
• Able to clearly articulate why something is right, wrong, or incomplete in writing
• No prior AI or tech experience required — your healthcare expertise is what matters

Nice to Have

• Experience with data quality programs, data annotation, or clinical data evaluation systems
• Background in health informatics, clinical documentation, or regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with EHR systems, data governance tools, or health data standards such as HL7 or FHIR
• Prior work in hospital administration, health IT, or clinical operations
