About Us At AllCare, we provide personalised, high-quality support that empowers people to live independently and on their own terms. Our In-Home Care services focus on building trust, consistency, and meaningful long-term relationships. This opportunity is based in the Wollongong region, supporting a private client with physical disability support needs. Why Join Us Permanent part-time roles with a minimum 15-hour contract, with the opportunity to grow your hours up to full-time equivalent (38 hours per week), and consistent 6–8 hour shifts, allowing you to build strong rapport and continuity of care. You’ll also benefit from:

  • Opportunity to travel interstate and overseas with the client
  • Consistent, relationship-focused support environment
  • Ongoing clinical and leadership training
  • Strong support from experienced clinical and coordination teams
  • Free access to a premium Employee Assistance Program
  • Discounts with major brands

About the Role This is a private in-home support role focused on physical disability assistance. You’ll work closely with one primary client, delivering respectful, person-centred support in their home and community. Your role may include:

  • Personal care and mobility assistance
  • Manual handling and physical support needs
  • Community access and social outings
  • Supporting daily routines, appointments, and travel
  • Maintaining dignity, independence, and consistent routines

Longer shifts (6–8 hours) mean less rushing between clients and more meaningful support. About You We’re looking for someone upbeat, calm, and reliable, with a strong understanding of physical disability support. You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience supporting physical disability or high physical care needs
  • Confidence with manual handling and personal care
  • Strong communication skills and respectful boundaries
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel when required
  • Minimum 6 months experience or Cert III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, or similar
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, Driver’s Licence, and insured vehicle
  • Medication Administration training (desirable)

If you enjoy building long-term connections and delivering high-quality one-on-one support, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now to join AllCare and support independence through consistent, personalised care.
