Our products are manufactured using modern and specialised GRC manufacturing processes. Job Brief: Quatro Design is seeking an Operations Administrator to support the smooth and efficient running of our business operations. In this key role, you’ll be the central point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience through your strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and commitment to customer service. By effectively coordinating operational processes and supporting the day to day operations, you'll play a vital role in driving efficiency, supporting sales, and building trusted relationships with Quatro Design key stakeholders. Job tasks and responsibilities: Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the manufacturing operations in all functions of support services.
  • Standardised and streamlined meeting processes by creating templates, maintaining a centralised documentation system, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency.
  • Supported project delivery and communication by taking accurate minutes, tracking action items, and distributing clear summaries to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Successful preparation and exhaustion of weekly production reports summarising the prior week’s outcomes.
  • Understand and communicate the company's corporate sales and marketing objectives.
  • Develop/maintain excellent professional relationships with all onsite staff.
  • Participation in specific project related tasks as required.
  • Ensure the effective and responsible use of all company resources.
  • Understand and abide by all company policies.
  • Conduct work in line with the company Occupational Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.
  • Provide timely internal and external customer satisfaction reporting as required.
  • Any other adhoc tasks as requested by the General Manager.

Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in an Operations Administration/Support role
  • Reliable and punctual (must be available full-time)
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing industry would be highly desirable.
  • Must be computer literate
