Marketing Assistant / Designer (Contract, 1–2 Days per Week, Remote)

We are looking for a marketing / design all-rounder to support our team with overflow work across a diverse range of clients and projects.

This is a contract role (1–2 days per week), fully remote, with flexible hours and the potential to grow into a full-time position.

This role suits someone who enjoys variety and wants hands-on experience across creative, marketing, and operational work in a supportive, high-performing agency environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will assist across a wide range of tasks, including:

• Supporting brand conceptualisation and development
• Collateral design for print and digital
• Digital design and social media graphics
• IM and corporate documents
• Social media scheduling and caption writing
• Marketing and strategy support
• Email marketing support
• Digital marketing and ads support
• Admin and data entry as required

You do not need to know everything from day one. You will be taught what you do not yet know on the job :)

About You

• A proactive all-rounder who enjoys working across creative and marketing tasks
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow briefs and brand guidelines closely
• Great written expression and confidence writing clear, on-brand copy
• An eye for high-quality design and pride in producing polished work
• Shows initiative and takes ownership of tasks
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
• Organised, reliable, and deadline-driven without the need for micromanagement
• Experience with Notion or similar project management tools is a strong advantage
• A degree in Marketing, Communications or Design is preferred but not essential
• Agency experience is preferred but not essential
