• Lead and manage multiple premium residential landscape projects

Your Role:

• Oversee budgets from $10k to $500k (majority $150k–$350k)
• Site visits, client & builder communication, quality control, and variations
• Work closely with experienced teams (no programming required)
• Ensure quality, safety, timelines, and client satisfaction every step of the way

Requirements What You’ll Bring:

• Experience managing landscape or construction projects
• Strong communication, leadership & organisational ability
• Ability to build trust with crews, clients & stakeholders
• Must be tech-savvy (Mac experience ideal but not essential)
• Positive, solutions-focused attitude — calm, confident & driven
• Current driver’s licence
