About The Role As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care that promotes positive outcomes for residents, while adhering to Arcare’s values, policies, and professional clinical standards.
- Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care, including health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and medication management
- Wound Management: Assess, treat, and manage wounds while preventing infection
- Care Planning: Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to residents’ needs
- Assessment & Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records and document changes using eCase
- Pain Management: Identify and address pain concerns using appropriate strategies
- Emergency Response: Respond effectively to medical emergencies
- End-of-Life Care: Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life support
What We’re Looking For
- Current AHPRA Registration (essential)
- Sound knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
- Adaptable, passionate, and eager to learn
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Friendly, professional, and effective communication abilities
