Centre Director – Long Day Care (LDC) Multiple Locations Across Brisbane | Full-Time | Permanent Lead with purpose. Inspire excellence. Shape culture. Catholic Early EdCare (CEEC) is seeking passionate and capable Centre Directors to lead our Long Day Care services across Brisbane. These roles offer the opportunity to shape culture, strengthen practice, and deliver outstanding education and care for children, families and communities. About Us Catholic Early EdCare (CEEC) is one of Queensland’s most respected early education providers, with 135 centres and growing, delivering Long Day Care, Kindergarten and OSHC services. We invest heavily in leadership, educator development and consistent practice uplift, enabling every centre to deliver high-quality learning and care. The Role As Centre Director, you are the cultural and operational leader of your service. You will:

• Lead all aspects of centre operations, quality and compliance
• Build, mentor and inspire a highly engaged team
• Champion curriculum excellence and reflective practice
• Foster strong partnerships with families and communities
• Drive occupancy, performance and financial sustainability
• Embed CEEC’s values and child-safety commitments into everyday practice

About You

• Proven leadership experience within early education
• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Strong knowledge of the NQS, NQF and best-practice pedagogy
• Confident operational leadership with strong people capability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Deep commitment to child safety, wellbeing and inclusion
