About The Opportunity The Manufacturing Assemblers report to the Factory Manager and is part of the new home frame assembly manufacturing team. The key focus of this role to safely assemble steel roof trusses, joists, and wall frames according to drafting plans. More specifically, you will:

  • Read and understand basic drawings and framing plans.
  • Assembly of roof trusses, joists, and wall frames to a high quality and standard.
  • Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of production tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
  • Safely operate hand power tools.

  • Excellent work ethic, honest, reliable and punctual.
  • Experience in the use of hand and power tools - training is provided.
  • Have a general understanding of assembly work.
  • Comfortable with high volume, repetitive work.
  • Current driver's license and reliable transport.
  • Available to work Monday - Friday (occasional Saturdays) - 38 hours a week.
