Rehabilitation Consultant

Position Details Role Title: Rehabilitation Consultant Location: Darwin, Northern Territory Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30-5:00pm Reporting to: Team Leader, Area Manager Benefits

Skills & Experience

• Qualified in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Masters in Psychology 
• Registered with ASORC or AHPRA
• Full working rights + Australian Driver's Licence

About the Role

• Building strong relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders.
• Partnering with Doctors, Specialists and Allied Health providers to support client recovery.
• Visiting a variety of workplaces to understand job demands and support safe, sustainable return‑to‑work plans.
• Educating employers with practical strategies to prevent injuries and promote safer workplaces.
• Providing clear, evidence‑based reports that inform next steps and drive meaningful outcomes.
