About The Role Join DBG Health as a Financial Accountant, who will work collaboratively with the Finance team to deliver our Finance plans and objectives. The Financial Accountant will be responsible, along with other Finance Team members, for the preparation and reporting of the monthly Arrotex Monthly reporting, ensuring policies and procedures are maintained and followed and ensuring a clean audit report. Role & Responsibilities

• Complete monthly results for offshore entities (NZ), process AP/AR transactions, post journals, resolve accounting issues, and perform key reconciliations including sales, inventory, FX, and fixed assets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through NRV and provision calculations, freight capitalisation, SKU allocations, revaluations, and alignment with Supply Chain.
• Prepare timely balance sheet reconciliations, resolve variances, and ensure GST and other compliance obligations are met.
• Produce monthly financial reports and support AP/AR, Supply Chain, GM, and FBP with finance enquiries and complex reconciliations.
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis, tasks, and contribute to ongoing improvements in financial policies, systems, and processes.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years' post-qualification experience.
• Experience with Inventory management required, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industries.
• Strong Excel capability (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). Experience with financial systems such as D365 Business Central is advantageous.
• Proven ability to independently resolve accounting issues, apply robust technical knowledge, and perform recurring financial duties with accuracy and reliability.
• Skilled in researching, analysing and identifying opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and financial outcomes.
• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication, builds strong relationships, and collaborates effectively within small, committed teams.
• Holds a tertiary degree in Accounting/Finance, with CPA or CA (ongoing) accreditation preferred.
