About The Role Join DBG Health as a Security Operations Manager, a senior role focused on leading and maturing security operations across a complex, enterprise-scale environment. Acting as the bridge between technical security and the broader business, you will drive a proactive, intelligence-led security posture while engaging stakeholders and owning the end-to-end security tooling landscape. Role & Responsibilities

• Lead security operations, including threat detection, incident response, and continuous improvement of the security posture
• Act as the senior escalation point for high-severity incidents, coordinating containment and recovery efforts
• Own and optimise the security technology stack (including Azure, Defender suite, and related tools), ensuring effective control implementation
• Identify, evaluate, and introduce new security tools to enhance capability across the environment
• Drive automation and operational efficiencies through playbooks and integrated workflows
• Partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to embed security controls and "Secure by Design" principles

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in security operations within large, complex enterprise environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills; able to translate technical concepts for business audiences
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud, Microsoft Defender suite, and modern security tooling (e.g. Abnormal AI)
• Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and controls
• Experience owning and managing a security tech stack, including implementation of controls and optimisation
• Solid knowledge of security frameworks (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001) and operational best practices
