As an Information Management Analyst, you will provide day‑to‑day support and practical solutions to help teams effectively capture, manage and use business information within the SharePoint environment, contributing to continuous business improvement.
- Location – Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane
- ASIC 4 (APS6): Salary between $97,401 - $115,820 depending on experience (plus 15.4% superannuation)

The team The Information and Knowledge Resource Centre (IKRC) ensures ASIC teams have access to authoritative information, records, intelligence and knowledge services. The team supports compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, helping to minimise risk and enable informed decision‑making. The roleAs An Information Management Analyst, You Will
- Support the Team Leader, Business Information Services, by contributing to the development and continuous improvement of SharePoint information and records management practices, procedures and guidelines.
- Provide day‑to‑day end‑user support through the configuration and administration of ASIC's SharePoint information management system.
- Analyse business processes and service delivery data to identify improvement opportunities, risks and trends, and support reporting and solution implementation.
- Engage with stakeholders to promote effective information management practices and ensure records management and legislative compliance.
- Identify and assess information and records management risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Respond to internal and external information requests through research and support activities.
- Develop and deliver end‑user training and guidance to support good information and record‑keeping practices.
About You You will also demonstrate:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Information or Records Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in a legal, accounting, financial services or government environment.
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise information and records management systems (e.g. EDRMS or ECM), including configuring and administering SharePoint Online and M365, and applying legislative and compliance requirements in a public sector or regulated environment.
- Proven ability to analyse service delivery, operational and information management data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities, and support evidence‑based reporting and decision‑making.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, with experience resolving system and stakeholder issues and building effective internal relationships in a large organisation.
- Well‑developed written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting clear, fit‑for‑purpose information and contributing to training, guidance and business documentation.
