What will you be doing? Your role will be to empower individuals to achieve sustainable employment. You will achieve this by:

• Providing tailored guidance/coaching, job placement and ongoing support to your client group.
• Understanding the unique employment needs of your clients
• Collaborating with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity

You must be able to balance empathy, dignity, and respect in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve positive business outcomes. Who are you?Skills And Experience We Look For Include

• Experience in a similar role within Employment Services (highly advantageous)
• Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment (this will set you up for success)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and adaptability (no two days are the same!)
• Attention to detail and skills in administration and use of IT systems
