We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team to collaborate with our highly skilled experts across Aurion to ensure we create content & visuals to connect and inform our customers and team. We are taking applications for both full-time & part-time candidates.
Responsibilities:
The primary goal of this role is to assist the Marketing team in materialising the brand's creative vision and objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver standout visuals that drive impact.
Additional responsibilities include:
• Developing and maintaining a consistent brand identity through design.
• Setting and evolving the creative direction for the brand.
• Collaborating with internal teams and third-party providers to develop high-quality collateral.
• Accurately translating brand vision in all design elements.
• Manage photo shoots and other design-centric activities.
• Oversee the conceptualisation and execution of brand campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Own the design projects from concept to completion. This involves setting project goals, timelines, and budgets, as well as coordinating with other departments or teams.
Skills and experience:
We are looking for a highly motivated team member who thrives in a dynamic environment, while demonstrating the following experience and qualities:
• 3+ years of design experience.
• Proven expertise in leading design teams.
• Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or related field.
• Strong ability to set priorities, plan, and manage time.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective management of projects, people and resources.
• Strong portfolio covering campaigns, editorial design and brand development.
