Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Nathan, QLD. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, and training initiatives. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with employment regulations, implementing HR policies, managing performance appraisals, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also collaborate with leadership to support the company's operational and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Onboarding
• Experience with Payroll Management and HR Software systems
• Proficiency in Training and Development, and Performance Management processes
• In-depth knowledge of Australian employment laws, policies, and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site and handle confidential information discreetly
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in the hospitality or catering industry is a plus
