Frontline Operations Director

We are seeking dynamic executive level leaders to join our Frontline Operations branch.

As a Frontline Operations Director, in our Frontline Services, Frontline Compliance and Frontline Resource Management business areas, you may lead and deliver complex, technical or sensitive programs of work to support strategic business requirements.

You may plan, implement and oversee all priorities and strategies in your work area. You may critically analyse complex data and information, and provide high level advice to senior management and a wide range of stakeholders, including members of the community.

You will develop a passionate and productive workforce, and transform corporate vision into operational excellence. You’ll drive continuous improvement and inspire an adaptable mentality when responding to changing corporate priorities and initiatives.

You may work closely with our business partners and senior leadership to equip staff to deliver a positive, professional and progressive service to the Australian community.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Albury, Box Hill (VIC), Brisbane CBD, Burnie, Canberra, Dandenong, Geelong, Gosford, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Newcastle, Parramatta, Penrith, Perth, Sydney CBD, Townsville, Upper Mount Gravatt or Wollongong. A merit pool may be formed and used to fill future similar vacancies in these locations and other locations within the same metropolitan area.
