Valuation Adviser

We are seeking motivated and capable professionals with tax technical and/or valuation skills to join our Private Wealth and Public Groups business lines within the Client Engagement Group.

As a Valuation Adviser (APS 5) in our Valuation Practice stream, you will support the delivery of tax technical and policy advice to internal and external clients on valuation matters arising under the tax and superannuation laws.

As a Valuation Adviser (APS 5) in our Valuation Advisory stream, you will apply your knowledge in valuing real property, plant and equipment, and/or businesses and intangibles across diverse markets to support technical and policy advice on tax and superannuation-related valuation matters for internal and external clients.

You will support complex valuation work, this may include assisting with analysis, conducting research related to Australian and international tax law, and helping ensure valuations are accurate, well-informed, and compliant. You’ll assist in identifying and tracking emerging tax risks and tax planning strategies, and contribute to the review of complex business structures and transactions to understand and address valuation risk.

You will be a part of a supportive team and encouraged to manage your responsibilities with autonomy and initiative.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Box Hill (VIC), Dandenong, Geelong, Hobart, Melbourne CBD or Moonee Ponds.
