About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic person to join our Autism Advisor team. The role of an Advisor is to connect with individuals and families to discuss how our services can meet the needs of those requiring support. The Advisor guides the individual or family member through the comprehensive range of NDIS supports available and does so in a knowledgeable and empathetic manner.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Shenton Park office.
About You
An ideal background would include some of the following skills and experience:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a sound ability to listen to and connect with people
- Delivering good service in a people-focused way
- Proficient use of CRM systems with good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage a moderate to high volume of phone and email enquiries
- A broad understanding of the social and communication challenges associated with Autism and knowledge of the NDIS would be considered very useful but not essential. (Full training is provided)
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across multiple teams.
To join our team, you will be required to complete mandatory clearances including a NDIS Workers Screening Check.

- Knowledge of NDIS Plans (not required, but highly advantageous):
- Outline the experience you have with NDIS Plans, including plan structures, funding categories, and supporting individuals or families to navigate the NDIS.
