D365 Finance and Operations Developer

Key Areas of Focus:

Development and customization of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FO) solutions

SSRS Report development and reporting support

Enhancing and maintaining the reporting infrastructure

Primary Responsibilities:

Participate in the design, development, testing, and support of prioritized technical requests

Perform hands-on coding and delivery of assigned tasks

Support the Technical Lead in managing code repositories, development environments, builds, and deployments

Ensure that developed solutions meet defined acceptance criteria and quality standards

Serve as a solution evangelist, promoting awareness and understanding of the D365 FO platform within the team

Required Qualifications:

Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development and D365 Finance and Operations

Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives across the full software development lifecycle

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Technical Skills Proficiency in:

D365 FO (Enterprise Operations)

SSRS Reporting

Azure DevOps

Power BI

Azure SQL

Good understanding of:

Cloud technologies – PaaS, IaaS, ASE

Code management, deployment strategies, and system upgrade practices

Experience working with external vendors, ISVs, and solution providers

Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
