Your Role

As a Solar & Battery Installer with Banton Australia, you will:

• Carry out the installation of solar PV and battery storage systems to industry standards

• Conduct site assessments and ensure compliance with all regulations

• Interpret designs, single-line diagrams, and technical documentation

• Lead and mentor apprentices and junior installers on site

• Ensure safe work practices and uphold our ISO & CM3 accreditation standards

• Collaborate with our project management and engineering teams to deliver quality outcomes

Requirements

• Clean Energy Council (CEC) accreditation for design and install (mandatory)

• Electrical licence (A-Class or equivalent)

• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, battery storage, and inverters

• Experience with both residential and commercial projects

• Current driver’s licence

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Ability to work independently and within a team
