Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Marketing Manager and Digital Specialist based in Cheltenham, VIC, with opportunities for remote work from time to time. The role involves managing marketing campaigns, developing digital marketing strategies, coordinating brand promotions, analysing campaign performance, and overseeing key marketing initiatives. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining an engaging online presence, creating content for digital channels, conducting performance reviews, collaborating with team members, and driving customer engagement across various platforms, ensuring the brand’s visibility and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing strategy development and campaign management
  • Automotive experience a huge advantage
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management
  • Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and using analytics tools to measure performance
  • Knowledge of branding and maintaining a cohesive marketing identity across platforms
  • Effective communication, organisational, and project management skills
  • Experience with customer engagement, building relationships, and understanding consumer needs
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a hybrid work environment
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
