Senior Consultant or Manager, Corporate & International Tax

About The Role Due to growth, we have an opportunity for a Senior Consultant or Manager to join our Corporate & International Tax team in Adelaide. You will be part of a high performing team that advises on complex Australian taxation law matters. Your role will involve providing advisory and compliance services to a diverse range of clients ranging from large private groups to complex international groups. Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Prepare income tax, GST, and Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) returns, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements
• Researching and drafting advice on tax technical matters,
• Assisting with ATO reviews
• Preparation of tax effect accounting calculations
• Develop strong and broad relationships with your clients and become a trusted advisor
• Helping to mentor and develop technical skills of graduates and junior staff

Ideally, You’ll Have The Following Skills And Experience

• Hold a university degree in commerce, accounting and/or law (or related disciplines)
• Demonstrated Corporate Tax experience working in the tax practice of a Big 4/mid-tier accounting firm
• CA/CPA/CTA Qualification or Masters of Taxation (or working towards)
• Strong client advisory and communication skills
• Experienced level of tax compliance background, with a passion for improving your advisory technical expertise and knowledge
