Your day will start by confirming appointments and welcoming patients with a friendly and approachable presence. You will work closely with our clinicians to schedule follow ups, update patient records, and maintain waitlists in line with clinic guidelines. You are the glue in keeping the clinic running smoothly providing general administrative support and handling incoming phone calls. With warmth, understanding, and a proactive approach, you’ll problem-solve to meet patient needs, making their experience as seamless and positive as possible. Your Contribution As a supportive team player you will thrive in this role as you manage your time effectively to fulfill your work demands. You are someone who can work independently and take initiative to solve issues as they arise. Other Key Skills Include
- Able to organise and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, approaching every interaction with respect and care
- Administration experience and confidence with computer systems is highly valued
