About The Role We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Barista to join our team! This role goes beyond just making coffee. It’s about creating a welcoming atmosphere for families, ensuring they start their day with a smile and a sense of calm. You’ll be the first point of contact for families as they drop off their children, greeting them with warmth, positivity, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality coffee and beverages to families between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
• Welcome and greet families in a friendly and supportive manner, helping them feel calm after the morning rush.
• Manage the coffee service, including ordering supplies and maintaining equipment.
• Keep the coffee service area clean, organized, and inviting.
• Ensure the coffee machine is cleaned and maintained, including a full chemical clean once a week.
• Work closely with the Director and Parent liaison/admin team to ensure a seamless coffee service.

Essential Qualifications

• Recognized training certificate in Barista skills.
• Experience managing coffee service, including ordering, equipment maintenance, and food handling.

• Ability to work independently and manage all aspects of the role.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage warmly with both adults and children.
• Commitment to excellence in service and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of child protection legislation and safety procedures.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to contribute to the Centre’s culture of care and quality.
