Beverage Attendant

About The Opportunity We’re looking for a friendly and service-driven Beverage Attendant to join our team at Wests Cardiff. You’ll be part of a team that keeps our indoor and outdoor spaces, including designated smoking zones, welcoming, safe, and enjoyable – from assisting with service and enquiries, through to ensuring our venues remain clean and inviting. As part of our vibrant front-of-house team, you’ll play an important role in creating memorable experiences for our members and guests - from serving drinks and celebrating jackpot wins, to ensuring our venues always feel welcoming and full of energy. What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering warm, attentive customer service
• Serving drinks and assisting guests in our bar and gaming areas
• Operating Tab and Keno terminals
• Resetting and processing jackpot payouts
• Maintaining tidy, well-presented service and public areas
• Handling cash and operating tills accurately
• Supporting bistro service during busy meal periods

This casual role offers flexible hours, with shifts across evenings, weekends, and late nights — perfect for those who enjoy working when the club is at its most vibrant. _Certifications required: RSA and RCG_About You You’re someone who enjoys making people feel welcome and creating an atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
