Compliance Manager

The Seventh-day Adventist Church (SPD) Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Compliance Manager to join our broader administration team. This full-time position will be based at our offices in Cooranbong NSW, and report directly to the CFO. The South Pacific Division (SPD) is the administrative headquarters for the Seventh-day Adventist Church across Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and the South Pacific. As a Christian organisation, our mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ and serve our communities with hope and wholeness. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure legal and ethical compliance
• Advise leadership on legal and regulatory matters
• Monitor operations and manage risk frameworks
• Deliver training and promote ethical practices
• Liaise with external regulators and stakeholders

Selection Criteria

• Must be a practising baptised member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church with a strong commitment to the Church and its mission.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Business or Risk Management.
• 5+ years professional experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles.
• Prior experience and working knowledge of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, its management and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
