About The Opportunity Join our conveyancing team as an administrator and assist with day to day general admin tasks such as data management and client support etc.

• Making and responding to phone calls and emails in a timely and courteous manner
• Distribute forms, ensuring all information is accurately captured and securely stored
• Create and manage client files in accordance with procedures
• Prepare and collate required documentation – checking for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain confidentiality handling sensitive information with discretion
• Provide general and ad hoc administrative support to the conveyancing team

About You

• Previous experience in administrative or customer service role
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a busy work environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and client-focused approach
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy
