Join Our Team at Maroba Aged Care – Exercise Physiologist Are you passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of older adults? Maroba Aged Care is seeking a qualified Exercise Physiologist to join our dedicated team 2 days per week on a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for permanency. About the Role: As an Exercise Physiologist at Maroba, you will:

• Design and deliver tailored exercise programs to enhance mobility, strength, and overall quality of life for our residents.
• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to support rehabilitation and chronic disease management.
• Provide education and guidance to residents and staff on safe, effective exercise practices.

• Accredited Exercise Physiologist with ESSA membership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for aged care and improving lives through movement.
