Nurse CoordinatorPermanent Part-Time | Minimum 30 hours per week | Gloucester, NSW Bucketts Way Neighbourhood Group Inc. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Coordinator to join our Ageing and Disability Services team in Gloucester NSW! About The Role You will play a pivotal role in ensuring safe, high-quality, and client-focused clinical care across our Ageing and Disability services. You will:
- Provide ongoing mentoring and education to staff
- Oversee clinical governance and support best practice in nursing care.
- Roster Registered Nurses, health staff and clients of BWNG
- Provide direct nursing services to clients where required
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualised care plans.
- Monitor, review, and update care plans to ensure they reflect changing needs and ensure services align with Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
What You’ll Need
- A Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 2 year’s experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Strong skills in care planning, assessment, and clinical governance.
- The ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, clients, and families.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
- A National Criminal History Check (conducted in-house as part of the induction process)
