We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Coordinator to join our Ageing and Disability Services team in Gloucester NSW! About The Role You will play a pivotal role in ensuring safe, high-quality, and client-focused clinical care across our Ageing and Disability services. You will:

• Provide ongoing mentoring and education to staff
• Oversee clinical governance and support best practice in nursing care.
• Roster Registered Nurses, health staff and clients of BWNG
• Provide direct nursing services to clients where required
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualised care plans.
• Monitor, review, and update care plans to ensure they reflect changing needs and ensure services align with Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards

What You’ll Need

• A Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 2 year’s experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong skills in care planning, assessment, and clinical governance.
• The ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, clients, and families.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
• A National Criminal History Check (conducted in-house as part of the induction process)
